We will immediately delete or cease the account of the user who is found to promote SPAM sites. Loosing of Data and Backups: While using our services, our company is not liable of any incident regarding loosing of data or other useful information. Cancellation of Account and Refunding: We hold holds complete rights of cancelling any account found to guilty of violating the rules of Agreement. Shared (Non-Seller Accounts) & Semi Dedicated Servers: A user is NOT allowed to resale web hosting of shared accounts. If you want to resale hosting to other people, then we advise you to use the reseller account from the beginning. Along with this reselling issue we also inform you that Semi Dedicated servers have no backups of your information. We urge you to maintain your own backups in case of any kind of circumstances. Price Changing Issue: We assure you that the price you have paid for the hosting and other services will not increase from the time you purchased them. On the other hand, we have the authority to change the price of our hosting services at any time with or without sending any notification. Discounts & Coupons for New Customers: Yes, we offer different discounts and coupons to our customers. This offer is only for those users who created their accounts on our site for the first time. But there are some limitations too for first-time users to avail such offers and discounts. If a user has signed up using a particular domain then it is restricted that he should again signup from that domain using another coupon to avail discounts. Our sales department is always monitoring the accounts thoroughly for such type of violations. If a user is guilty of violating terms and policies of this agreement then he is liable to pay all the appropriate dues.
